Drawn cup needle roller bearings-opened end
Contact NowThis full complement drawn cup needle roller bearing has a closed end and is suitable for shaft end applications with high dynamic loads. It has a smaller cross-section than a machined needle roller bearing for use in restricted mounting spaces. The full complement of needle rollers provides a higher radial load capacity than caged rollers.Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing features a deep drawn, thin-walled outer ring. They are compact bearings with high load carrying capacity and stiffness. These bearings are especially suitable for high dynamic loads or radial-limited installation. They are mounted with a tight interference fit in the housing.
Drawn cup needle roller bearings with or without closed end, do not use a lubricant insofar as only one preservative is used prior to its assembly: these are generally used with a closed end in cases where one end of the shaft needs to be closed.
